How it started
Matt Becker and Luke Edwards co-founded Highland Sports Network in 2024. Matt is an HHS alumnus and avid Bulldog fan. Luke married into the Bulldog family via his wife and brings over a decade of experience in sports broadcasting. Together they formed the Highland Sports Network.

Highland Sports Network was created to livestream Highland football and basketball games across social media, free of charge to viewers. Unlike other services that charge a fee to watch high school student athletes, Highland Sports Networks allows fans, family members and fellow students to watch the Bulldogs with no paid subscription.

Watching local high school athletics shouldn't come with a subscription fee or a price tag. Sometimes life gets in the way of being able to attend all those athletic events. With livestreaming capabilities the option to watch high school athletics from any device allows the community to support the youth of Highland even when they can't make it to the stadium or gym. That is what helps build supportive family-friendly communities like Highland, Illinois.
